What Temperature should my Grow Room be?

A great temperature for any growing environment is between 68-78F (20-26C). A 5 degree drop from lights on to lights off works well. Once you have your temperatures dialed into this range, use the Vapor Pressure Deficit / VPD chart below to match up the proper relative humidity to your temperature. Anything in the green zone is optimal.
