LST or Low Stress Training is a cultivation technique that involves moving or bending the branches of a plant without any pruning or topping. Low stress training uses plant ties to hold down main branches of the plant. By doing this, the canopy is leveled out and lower growth is exposed to more light earlier on in the growing cycle. Just like SCROG, if you are limited to how many plants you can grow, using a technique like LST can a good way to increase canopy density and overall yields.
